ACP Group is seeking a highly organized, proactive Project Engineer to support the migration of our Automatic Fare Collection (AFC) system to a cloud-based platform. You’ll coordinate cross-functional teams, manage timelines and budgets, and ensure successful delivery across internal stakeholders, contractors, and external partners.
What you’ll do
- Plan, organize, and facilitate project meetings with internal teams, contractors, and stakeholders
- Prepare agendas, capture minutes, track action items, and drive accountability
- Monitor project progress, risks, and issues; implement mitigation strategies
- Produce accurate, timely reports for management forums and steering committees
- Ensure deliverables meet quality, compliance, and customer expectations
- Collaborate with Finance to manage project budgets and expenditures
- Facilitate and document design/technical reviews with contractors, cloud architects, and AFC specialists- Track review outcomes and ensure incorporation into deliverables
- Lead post-project evaluations and drive continuous improvement
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor’s in Engineering, Computer Science, Project Management, or related field
- Proven experience as a Project Engineer/Coordinator in tech or system migration projects
- Experience with Automatic Fare Collection (AFC) or Singapore transit environment is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Windows)
- Strong organization, time management, and independence
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Solid leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities
- Knowledge of AWS and cloud migration practices is an advantage
