Data Protection Trustmark (DPTM)
In place of responsible data protection practices and to take better care of your personal data and minimise the risk of a data breach. ACP Group attained Data Protection Trustmark (DPTM) certification to demonstrate accountable data protection practices.
ISO 9001:2015
When ACP started to grow as an organisation, we realised that our training standards should be reflected in our internal processes. Hence, to offer quality to our clients, we need to maintain a certain benchmark in all our internal processes. We attained ISO 9001:2008 certification back in 2009 and upgraded to the current ISO 9001:2015 in 2018. This certification requires us to demonstrate our ability to consistently provide products that meet customer, applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.
ISO 22301:2012
In order to test our resilience against unplanned situations and unforeseen circumstances, our organisation attained the ISO 22301 certification in 2014. However, we did not stop there, we continued getting re-certified via surveillance audits till year 2017. This requires us to plan, establish, implement, operate, monitor, review, maintain and continually improve a documented management system. This is to protect against, reduce the likelihood of occurrence, prepare for, respond to, and recover from disruptive incidents when they arise.
bizSAFE Level 3
ACP undergoes the training and assessments required for bizSAFE Level 3 certification. This is to build up the capabilities to address workplace safety, health and security (including terror threats).
We are proud to have passed the audit for bizSAFE Level 3.
Total Defence Award
We are honoured to be awarded the Total Defence Award. TDA is the highest national accolade that acknowledges exemplary individuals, small and medium enterprises, large companies and organisations for their outstanding support towards strengthening the defence of our nation.
Progressive Wage (PW) Mark
ACP is accredited under The Progressive Wage (PW) Mark as part of a national effort to uplift attract and retain workers by extending lower wage workers productive longevity , improve job retention and deepen skills by providing a clear structure via skills training and assuming more responsibility.
