How You Will Make an Impact
You will be at the heart of rail system projects—ensuring that upgrades, installations, and integrations are delivered safely, efficiently, and with minimal disruption to commuters.
Your work will:
- Improve reliability and performance of transit systems used by thousands daily
- Support system upgrades that enhance commuter convenience and safety
- Ensure critical infrastructure is delivered on time for public use
- Bridge coordination between stakeholders to keep complex projects moving
What You’ll Be Doing
- Review engineering submissions (drawings, specifications, method statements) to ensure compliance with project and regulatory requirements
- Oversee on-site installation, testing, commissioning, and system integration activities
- Coordinate across contractors, stakeholders, and transit operators to resolve site issues and technical clashes
- Track project schedules and progress, ensuring milestones align with delivery timelines
- Participate in coordination and interfacing meetings to drive project execution
- Support end-to-end delivery—from implementation through to handover
What You Bring
- Diploma/Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or related field)
- At least 3 years of experience in rail or transit-related projects in Singapore
- Hands-on experience in:
- Site installation, testing & commissioning
- Working within operational (live) transit environments
- Coordinating with transit stakeholders (e.g. rail operators)
- Experience in Automatic Fare Collection (AFC) systems or similar upgrades is an advantage
- Familiarity with tools such as Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, or BIM
