Are you an experienced Project Manager with a passion for cloud technologies? We are seeking a Project Manager for Cloud Migration to lead the seamless migration of on-premises infrastructure and applications to AWS Cloud. In this role, you will be at the forefront of our digital transformation, ensuring smooth execution of cloud migration projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving impactful business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Cloud Migration: Plan, coordinate, and manage cloud migration projects, ensuring that objectives, timelines, and budgets are met from on-premises to AWS Cloud.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with solution architects, cloud architects, IT, and business stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables in alignment with business needs.
• Risk Mitigation: Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
• Develop Migration Roadmaps: Manage the development and execution of comprehensive migration roadmaps, covering applications, databases, and data migration.
• Team Leadership: Lead project teams, ensuring resources are effectively allocated, dependencies are identified, and bottlenecks are resolved.
• Security Compliance: Ensure that migration strategies comply with AWS security standards, policies, and best practices.
• Communication & Reporting: Provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders on project status, risks, and mitigation strategies.
• Post-Migration Stability: Monitor post-migration performance and ensure the stability and optimization of AWS cloud infrastructure.

What We Are Looking For:

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Project Management Experience: At least 8 years of experience in managing IT projects, with a strong preference for GCC (Government Commercial Cloud) migration experience.
• Cloud Expertise: In-depth knowledge of AWS cloud services such as EC2, S3, RDS, VPC, IAM, and security best practices.
• Migration Leadership: Proven experience managing large-scale infrastructure migration projects, particularly from on-premises to cloud environments.
• Project Methodologies: Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
• Technical Tools: Experience with cloud automation tools, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure as code (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation) is a plus.
• Leadership & Communication: Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to drive projects to success.
• Certifications: AWS certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, AWS Certified Developer) are an added advantage.
